All users of this site agree that purchase from or access to or use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other laws. Payment Check Out Options

CrowdControlCenter.com accepts the following payment types: All major credit card VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Products will be shipped only when the transaction is approved and completed by the appropriate credit card company.

Federal Sales Tax Policy

CrowdControlCenter.com collects sales tax only on the deliveries within California. Any deliveries outside of California, you are responsible for all taxes that are required within your state, city or federal government. If you are tax exempt and please contact our specialist to provide all necessary information in advance, it is your responsibility to notify us before authorizing shipment.

Shipping Policy

You can trust your orders will be quickly processed and safely delivered to the front of your door. Order placed before 2 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out the same day on all stock items and order receives on weekends and holidays, will be ship on the following business day.

Any undeliverable package return to our warehouse via courier with several attempts due to recipient personal reason such as not at home or out of town, any additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be buyer’s responsibility.

CrowdControlCenter.com uses major carriers that best suits for your order such as USPS and FedEx ground for most of our deliveries. However, some order quantities might require freight service as alternative for the shipment at Crowd Control Center’s choice. If you have any questions, please contact our friendly crowd control experts for more information.

All lead-time that is quoted either by Crowd Control Center or by the freight company, apply on business days ONLY. The definition of business day is define as hours when most businesses are in operation, in our case is Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekends, holidays or any schedule closing dates, do not consider as business day. Shipping cost is subject to review and change prior to the actual shipment. Any change occurs that is different from the initial freight quote will notify the buyer.

Product Damage Policy

Inspect all packages upon delivery. Contact Crowd Control Center within 5 business days from the day of delivery to report any damage issue. Pictures of damage proof will be needed for all return, exchange or replacement process.

Note: Any damage is report after the time frame, Crowd Control Center cannot guarantee to provide the full replacement on the damage products.

Return Policy

Crowd Control Center accepts your return if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days starting from the date when product is received. All return will subject to a 20% of restocking fee & buyers will be responsible for returned shipping back to Crowd Control Center unless return are result by CrowdControlCenter's fault. The re-stocking covers on labor for the pick & pack, packaging materials, return inspection, shipping cost, inspection and re-package cost. Please note all return products will need to be at its original un-used, resellable condition, otherwise NO refund will be credited. Any refunds for items returned will be credited with the same payment type made from the original purchase. Return address:

Any claims for damaged order, missing items or just a simple dissatisfaction of Crowd Control Products, here are the instructions to get you taking care:

-Provide contact information, purchase order number or CCC invoice number, date of purchase, product type and product operation issue

-Our friendly customer service representative can generally address the issue same day without delay

-Proof of defect or damage pictures of the product failure or damages

-If you are directed to return the product due to damage, you must package the product(s) from damage, you will clearly display the assigned RMA number on the package and you will be required to return the product freight pre-paid to the Crowd Control Center for repair or replacement

-All unauthorized product returns will be refused and returned back to sender at the senders cost with no exception!!!
